GlobalSmart Citizens Foundation is a non-profit organization engaged in social welfare activities. All payments made to the Foundation are treated as voluntary contributions.

Nature of Payment

All payments, including registrations or contributions, are:

• Voluntary in nature
• Non-commercial
• Made towards supporting social initiatives

Strict No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Once a contribution is successfully processed:

• It cannot be cancelled
• It cannot be reversed
• It cannot be transferred

Limited Exception (Technical Error Only)

Refund requests will be considered only in rare cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Proven technical transaction error

4. Mandatory Conditions for Request

To be eligible for consideration, the user must:

• Submit a request within 48 hours of transaction
• Provide complete and verifiable proof, including:
  • Payment receipt / transaction ID
  • Bank statement or payment confirmation screenshot
  • Identity verification (if required)
• Clearly demonstrate that:
  • The error was not due to user negligence
  • The amount was not intentionally contributed

Verification & Discretion

• All requests are subject to strict internal verification
• The Foundation reserves absolute discretion to approve or reject any request
• Decision of the Foundation shall be final and binding

6. Processing Clause

Even if approved:

• Refunds may take 15–30 working days
• Processing charges, gateway fees, or administrative costs may be deducted

No Obligation Clause

Submission of a refund request does NOT guarantee approval.

No Commercial Intent

The Foundation:

• Does NOT operate as a business entity
• Does NOT provide goods/services for sale
• Does NOT offer returns, exchanges, or guarantees

Acceptance

By making any payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood this policy
• You voluntarily waive any claim for refund except as defined above
